Firstly, The raw materials of the products are collected for the manufacturing process. And, the raw materials are dyed in the dyer machine according to the rewquired colors. Then, the dyed materials are kept in light to make the color longer existing.
The above process is same for all of the materials like felt, woolen, hemp and silk. Then, the dyed materials are cut in size or taken our the threads according to the products made. After all, the job are all hand made and somewhere the small machine are used.
However, we have the facility to show our factory for our customer where you can visualize all the manufacturing process in front.
